By accessing or using Reframe ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Reframe is an educational platform that teaches prompt engineering through interactive lessons and AI-powered games. The Service includes free curriculum content and a credit-based playground for running AI prompts.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

4. Credits and Payments

Credits are used to run prompts in the playground. Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable. Free credits are granted at signup and through referrals. Purchased credits do not expire.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to circumvent credit limits or abuse free credit programs
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Create multiple accounts to exploit referral bonuses
• Use automated tools to interact with the Service without permission

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its content, features, and functionality, is owned by Reframe. Prompts you create remain yours. By submitting runs to public leaderboards, you grant Reframe a license to display your alias and scores publicly.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI model outputs will be accurate or appropriate.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reframe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
